Jeff Joseph, the Senior Partner of Joseph Law Firm, is a graduate of the University of Denver College of Law. He has dedicated his entire career to the practice of immigration law. He has served as an expert witness on employment-related immigration issues, and as an expert witness and frequent lecturer on the immigration consequences of criminal pleas and convictions. He has successfully represented clients before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Executive Office for Immigration Review, the Board of Immigration Appeals, the U.S. District Court, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Jeff is an Adjunct Professor of Immigration Law at the University of Denver College of Law.
