Eric Fisher was a trial attorney at the Board of Immigration Appeals from 1976 to 1979, and then with the U.S. Department of Justice office responsible for immigration litigation until 1981, when he became an Assistant U. S. Attorney in the Northern District of California.
Mr. Fisher worked in Kazakstan, Bosnia and several other countries as a contractor for USAID between 1996 and 1998.
