I am committed to providing clients with personalized, accessible, and creative immigration law representation. Like most areas of law, not to mention life in general, immigration law practice and interactions with government agencies are increasingly standardized. My response to the bureaucratic nature of the world is to focus more on a personal approach to immigration law because, ultimately, immigration decisions are intensely personal and often very stressful. My goal as an attorney is to achieve my clients’ goals while limiting the stress of the immigration process.

We also represent individuals in removal (deportation) proceedings in Immigration Court and provide evaluation of possible immigration consequences of criminal convictions.

Kimberley ("Kim") A. Chandler is the attorney and manager of Chandler Law Firm, LLC. Kim has been practicing immigration law since 1982 and has worked on a large variety of immigration matters during her career, including individual, family matters and corporate matters of all types for small to huge, publicly-held companies. Kim particularly enjoys the intricacies of immigration law and finding solutions to challenging issues.

Beverly W. Oserow Rhodes is a sole practitioner in Denver, Colorado, and has been practicing law for over 35 years. Since 1984 Ms. Oserow Rhodes’ practice has been limited to U.S. immigration and naturalization law with an emphasis in family and employment-based immigration (including investor visas, religious workers, intracompany transferees, and labor certifications); as well as deportation and removal defense, and political asylum. Prior to limiting her practice to U.S. immigration and naturalization law, Ms. Oserow Rhodes focused on tax, estate planning and corporate law.
Ms. Oserow Rhodes has represented clients before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (formerly INS), Immigration Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals, the U.S. District Court (Denver, Colorado), the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Department of Labor. She has testified as an expert witness in state court proceedings on immigration issues.
Ms. Oserow Rhodes is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She has lectured at the AILA National Annual Conference and has lectured on immigration topics at various other seminars in Colorado. Ms. Oserow Rhodes is a past Chairperson of the Colorado Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She served as the Colorado AILA liaison to the US Customs and Border Protection agency and is a past member of the AILA Colorado Chapter Asylum Liaison committee. Ms. Oserow Rhodes is a member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations and a past member of the Denver Tax Association.
Ms. Oserow Rhodes received her law degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1978 and a Master’s of Business Administration in Taxation from Golden Gate University in 1984. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University.
